The material enters the grinding chamber through the top feed hole, and the slurry enters the middle of the rotor through the left and right pipes.
The material and slurry are dispersed in the working chamber under the action of centrifugal force and subjected to strong impact and grinding by a fixed grinding needle and a rotating grinding needle, thus separating most of the starch from the fiber.
In the grinding process, the fiber is broken up incomplete, and most of the fiber is ground into fine pieces. The starch can be separated from the fiber block to the maximum extent possible, and the protein can be easily separated from the starch in the later process.
The batter processed by the impact grinding needle can be discharged from the outlet to complete the grinding process.
