Principle of wheat gluten dryer

Gluten is made of wet gluten. Wet gluten contains too much water and has strong viscosity. The difficulty of drying can be imagined. However, it cannot be dried at too high a temperature during the drying process, because too high a temperature will destroy its original performance and reduce its reducibility. The produced gluten cannot reach 150% water absorption.
Therefore, in order to make the product meet the standard, low-temperature drying must be used to solve the problem. The dryer designed by our company uses a circulating method for drying the entire system, that is, the dry powder is recycled and sieved, and the unqualified materials are then circulated and dried. The system requires the exhaust gas temperature not to exceed 55-60℃, and the temperature is controlled by an automatic temperature controller. The drying temperature used by this machine is between 140-160℃ (the temperature is set by yourself).
If the temperature is too high, the ignition fan will stop automatically. When the temperature drops by 3-5℃, the temperature controller instructs the ignition fan to start working, so that the dried product is very uniform.
