Detailed process of automated starch equipment:
1. Cleaning stage

IV. Desanding and Purification Stage

Equipment: Desander, through the principle of specific gravity separation, separate fine sand and other impurities in starch slurry.
V. Concentration and Refining Stage
Purpose: Remove non-starch substances such as protein and fine fibers in starch to improve the purity and precision of starch.
Equipment: Cyclone, through the concentration and refining action of the cyclone, separate non-starch substances in starch slurry to obtain pure sweet potato starch milk.
VI. Dehydration Stage
Purpose: Remove most of the water in starch milk to obtain wet starch.
Equipment: Vacuum dehydrator, using the negative vacuum principle to remove water from sweet potato starch to obtain wet starch with a water content of about 40%.
7. Drying stage
Purpose: Remove the residual water in the wet starch to obtain dry sweet potato starch.
Equipment: Airflow dryer, using the negative pressure drying principle to evenly dry the sweet potato starch in a short time to obtain dry starch.
8. Packaging stage
Purpose: Automatically package the sweet potato starch that meets the standards for easy storage and transportation.
Equipment: Automatic packaging machine, packaging according to the set weight or volume, and sealing.
