Working principle of centrifugal screen:

The raw material slurry is pumped into the bottom of the starch centrifugal screen by a pump. The screen basket in the starch centrifugal screen rotates at high speed, and the starch slurry enters the surface of the screen basket. Due to the different sizes and gravity of impurities and starch particles, when the screen basket rotates at high speed, under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, the fiber impurities and small starch particles enter different pipes respectively, thereby achieving the purpose of separating starch and impurities. And the centrifugal screen is generally configured with 4-5 levels, and the raw material slurry is filtered through 4-5 levels of centrifugal screens, and the screening effect is good.
